1. Donations

  • All donations made to Nayee Asha are voluntary and non-refundable.

     

  • Once a donation is processed successfully, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as funds are immediately allocated to ongoing projects and community programs.

     

  • In case of a transaction error (such as duplicate payment or incorrect amount), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction, and we will review the issue.

     

2. Event Registration or Program Fees

  • If you have registered for a workshop, training, or event organized by Nayee Asha, and wish to cancel your participation, please notify us at least 7 days before the event date.

     

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be made at the sole discretion of Nayee Asha, usually after deducting administrative or processing costs.

If you believe there has been an error in your donation or payment, please contact us with the following details:

  • Amount donated or paid
